In 1963-75, among novelties described in his 600 patent applications and publications, S.I. Fishgal pioneered in highway and bridge building field, including using cavitation, ultrasonics, driverless tracking, etc. Then he became stateless, paperless and almost nameless. Naturally, his unpublished works vanished.
