After HR2132 or ESSEA (ÒEntrance Stoppage and Simultaneous Expulsion ActÓ) becomes law in late 2017, a deportation force is created and legislative amendments passed in order to facilitate the eviction of 11.2 million illegal immigrants from the United States, in concurrence to the building of a border wall. Oscar Moreno, a naturalized American citizen originally from Colombia, now drives one of the buses being used for the immigration raids in Los Angeles. A job is a job. Healthcare and other union benefits outdo the cruelty of his new career. After he is asked to take care of a soon-to-be-deported familyÕs dog, Oscar will reminisce and ultimately try to reconnect with his long lost American wife and daughter, reaching out for an emotional anchor to stabilize the social-political madness around him.
