"Experience is something that we donÕt have until after the time when it would have been very useful to us." (Anonym)
This manual is intended to create, train and conduct an OPFOR (Opposing FORce), in order to train decision-making.
Whether at the level of officers, agents or executives, for those holding a job in the security sector (police, military, gendarmes, etc.) or for those who do not have such a job, but who may be confronted with attacks (public officials, hospital staff, social workers, etc.).
The main interest of training is that one can make mistakes without serious consequences. To train shooting, one uses paper targets; to train decision-making, one uses an intelligent target: a plastron.
The objective of working with plastrons is to create a situation that is as close to reality as possible, yet without the physical or psychic negatives consequences of such a situation, to build an "experience", which would otherwise be lacking.
