This book aimed to assess impact on housing scenario in existing city Raipur due to coming up of new activities and functions as it has been given new capital status.
The impact on future housing structure of existing Raipur city has been assessed on the basis of present housing scenario, socio-economic structure of the city and future housing demand due to new employment generation, where various, methods, tools and techniques have been adopted to assess the impact. Finally some relevant recommendations and solutions have been proposed to mitigate impact.
