There are so many young women and men who are lost in our contemporary society . The culture dictates many behaviors that are immoral and always lead to a path of confusion, depression, substance abuse and in many instances death.Ê I know this well because at the age of 5 I began a fast journeyÊ into adulthoodÊ that was filledÊ with undisclosed landmines mixed with enormousÊ challenges.Ê As my husband was gun down on the same day I gave birth to our second daughter, I thought I would lose myÊ mind.Ê In my hours of despair God's grace and unwavering mercy was the armor, unbeknownst to me that I was clothed in.Ê Where I saw no future God had secured one-a future that has allowedÊ me to reach out to those who don't see a way out, who are buried under the debris of the circumstances of life, I thought the church was the healing factor where, there too betrayal, jealousy and judgement found me. It is in the peace and relationship with God that my sanity is found. We are all in the grip of God.
