Dick Flanigan was born in Rockford, Illinois in 1935 and moved to Madison in 1967. He was an Army veteran, host of a late night television show for 12 years, an investor in multiple businesses, and considered one of the top voice talents in the Madison area. He thrived on meeting people, being social, and sharing stories. As an artist, his mind was never idle, creating hundreds of pieces of art and thousands of pages of written humor.
