From farmers, to servers, to consumers, in the U.S. and abroad, countless lives are impacted by fast food culture. The essays in a book, written by students in the Fast Food & Society FTS class at Gustavus Adolphus College, give voice to a small number of those whose lives fall under the shadow of the golden arches. Together, this collection of essays sheds light on the wide-ranging impact of fast food culture on society.
