It starts and ends with mental health and has mental health all around it. For me mental health is how our brains work or donÕt work. The process. Two wrongs donÕt make a right, but three lefts do. So being ok is great but not being ok is great too in more ways than one. Being different is ok. Being upset is ok. Being broken is ok. Whether you are or someone else is, itÕs all ok. ThatÕs what I mean when I say itÕs ok to not be ok.
