Those are the true-to-life facts upon which this book is based. It's Raining Arrows is a work of historical fiction, following the birth and development of two fictional boys who would become the perpetrators of such crimes. Growing up on the blunt ends of life, they have been witness to too much violence and inhumanity, and when they blossom into their desensitized manhood, they have become dangerous. This is a tale of growing up the hard way and choosing the wrong path, a story which shares the pain.
