This book explains my journey to a healthy lifestyle change. It was not easy but I knew that I had to do something before my health took a turn for the worst. I would like to pass on the knowledge that I have learned from receiving a BA in Nutrition and a Doctorate as well but most of all I experienced being over weight 238 pounds to be exact so i can speak from my heart.
