Daisy the cow, strays from grazing at the Three Sisters Recreation Area, onto the motorway, late at night. Olive Owl and her friend Barney Bat happen to see Daisy and go to help her.
However Daisy is taken into a lorry to a farm in Wales as the farmer there wants to put her into a show. Barney Bat alerts the little creatures on the field and tells them that Daisy has been taken to Wales.
Mickey Ferret drives them all to Wales to rescue Daisy and they get involved with the Natter-jack toads on Talacre beach that want to escape to Formby Beach. They put an escape plan into action. Will they ever make it to Formby Beach? and how will the little creatures get Daisy back home?
