Izzy Beaver goes down to the Dock Road to find sugar cane that falls from the lorries.
He ends up eating too much sugar cane and gets stomach ache. His little friends then go off without him on a backpacking trip. When Izzy feels better he tries to follow them but he falls into an old mine shaft. He hopes the others will find him and rescue him. Olive Owl as usual steps in.
