During Fall 2010 thirteen students and two professors in the Architecture & Historic Preservation studio at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP) traveled to Rio de Janeiro to study and document its Centro. This publication exhibits the outcome of our research and subsequent design proposals.
