Kiss Pudding is a photographic collection of handwritten cooking notes, letters and recipes from and to Gertrude T. Girard as well as her mother Ida Emma N. Tiechert, the former cook of the Sarah Whitman Hooker House of West Hartford, CT. The collection was compiled and photographed by her artist granddaughter, Maureen A. Girard and her son, Ronald L. Girard.
