Kryptonite Killed Superwoman is a collection of blogs, articles and essays/presentations that I have written over the past several years as I have journeyed through this treacherous valley called life. I have put them here in this book as they were written on the day the universe Ð God Ð gave them to me to share. They reflect my desire to have it all, to be it all, and how this superwoman mentality nearly killed me physically, financially, emotionally and spiritually. I am NOT superwoman!
