Quite frequently I was forced to introduce one principle, when other principles it is intricately entwined with were not yet introduced. All these principles, concepts and theories are wrapped together in such ways that makes it extremely difficult to simplify into a one-read book form. It would probably take most people a couple of reads to start to properly digest, I know it took me decades to digest and IÕm still chewing on the fat. In fact, this book has taken forever to get printed because every single time I read it I remember five or six more principles and must rearrange things.
