Artist Audrey deChadenedes began creating weekly offerings of natural materials at San FranciscoÕs Lake Merced in 2018, and has been creating offerings at The National AIDS Memorial Grove Circle of Friends since September 2022. What began as memorials for her daughter have become neighborhood landmarks and sources of beauty and comfort for all who pass by.
