By offering exercises and themes focused on the precepts of well-being such as sophrology, naturopathy, yoga and meditation, we potentially achieve harmony and tranquility by reconnecting with our body and its sensations.
In addition, I will discuss the different foods to consume vegetables and fruits every day to have the adequate level of vitamins, essential minerals, proteins, antioxidants and obtain all the energy necessary to be in optimal shape every day.
