Through the eyes of an attorney, this guide begins with a walk-through of the different land survey systems used in the United States and leads you through property ownership, the oil and gas lease, and the affect many of the common clauses used in the industry have on the lease.
You will learn how to calculate net royalty interests, chain title, and gain an understanding of other important concepts affecting the oil and gas industry such as the Duhig Rule.
