Liberty in Wooden Shoes follows the Willem Kruit family from Holland to America from 1884 to 1949. Love, hard work, courage, faith are the building blocks that built the family that persevered through hardships and time and came out still standing strong. We are all part of such a family, as for most of us, our foundations began somewhere overseas.
