Life Beyond Obesity is my story of transformation.

That was me. I weighed 158kgs and was so tired and unhappy as well as my health declining, until the day I had a health scare and decided to turn it all around.
As a registered nurse, and coach I knew that I was slowly killing myself with the weight I was carrying around, yet it was still a struggle everyday!
I let go of 105kgs and have kept my weight off for over 18 months and feel incredible.
I have energy every day.
I workout and love every moment of my life!
I have transformed every aspect of my life and so can you.
I now have my own business up and running which is working with others to transform their life, to release excess weight and keep it off.
