15 year old Kia wakes up to gun shots in the middle of the night. She runs to her parents room and finds them dead. All she hears after the gun shots are the terrified cries of her week old brother and sister. Kia must care for her siblings all by herself with no family around. This is Kia's Journey with the twins.
