This Version Two of Book Three of the Earth Manifesto is being published almost four years after the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, and it provides incisive analysis about the current state of affairs, along with positive proposals for relief and recovery from this historic calamity and good ideas about how to make our world a better, fairer and more sustainable one. It also incisively criticizes the Divide-to-Conquer Roguery that is causing such divisive polarization and grief in the USA today, and does a deep dive into Women's Rights and Moderation in public policies. And it examines the Republican Court Capture Scheme and the "Intellectual Feast" of debates about true fairness in our judiciary.
