The Associate Matron and Associate Patron are officers following the Promotion Ladder in a Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. These positions are immediately before the top hierarchy officers within a Chapter. According to our Use and Customs, these officers most likely will hold in the future the positions of Worthy Matron and Worthy Patron. This probability is a logical consequence of their experience and advance through the Promotion Ladder.
