This book, a fruit of the International Seminar On Mao and PeopleÕs War Held in December 1998 on the 105th Birth Anniversary of Mao Zedong, contains the Communique and General Declaration on Mao and PeopleÕs War and most of the written contributions to the seminar. It reflects the then level of unity in theory and practice of the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist parties waging peopleÕs war and other parties supporting it.
