Mark Bielecki began to take an interest in cooking when he moved out of his familyÕs home as a young adult. Over the years he became more adept at cooking and began to adopt some recipes and adapt other recipes to be more to his liking, eventually developing some recipes on his own from scratch. Over time he was blessed with recipes from family, friends, restaurants, newspapers, cookbooks, and other sources.
This cookbook consists of many of his favorite recipes that he has accumulated over the years, including recipes that he has been asked for time after time in the past but has previously chosen not to share. Not every recipe is a gourmet treat, some are good solid recipes that have earned themselves a spot in the rotation of meals that one comes back to time after time because theyÕre quick, easy, and tasty. Many of the recipes that are marked ALL TIME FAVORITE fall into this category, in addition to recipes that are difficult to make but are absolute delights. The lack of this label shouldnÕt be taken as a negative as there are a number of exquisite recipes that have not been given the label that are still being included in this cookbook with his best of the best.
Many of the recipes are gluten free as originally created or can be made gluten free simply by changing ingredients such as pasta and crackers to their gluten free versions. The recipes in this cookbook that are gluten free or can be easily made gluten free are marked with a GF symbol in the Table of Contents and in the Index.
