We've accumulated many recipes over the years and have compiled our favorites in this collection. Some are cherished recipes from our childhood that bring back fond
memories. Others were given to us by dear friends introducing us to wonderful dishes as they shared with us a home cooked meal. And others still are new recipes we have discovered or created along the way. Whether old or new, these recipes have become memories of treasured moments spent with family and friends gathered together, sharing a good meal and even better company. During the time we were compiling this cookbook, our beloved son, husband, father, and brother SPC Geoffrey Johnson passed away during his deployment with the United States Army in Baghdad, Iraq.
