Six years later on Halloween, Cookies allegedly trashes the home of an elderly man, ties him up, and accosts him with a cat. But when the police cannot prove she committed the crime, she is set free. As the children grow into young adults, both graduate from the same college with bright futures ahead of them. When fate leads them to finally meet, they decide to make the world a better place and develop into powerful community leaders.
