If you are reading this it is not for a good reason. All I can say is that I am sorry. You have just joined a club that no one wants to join and the dues are prepaid. You are a survivor of a loss and are left alone to deal with your new reality. This essay will try to help you understand what you are experiencing and hopefully give you some guidance through your grief. Grief is not a bad thing. I found that in some way it is testimony to the relationship that you had with the one that you lost. I feel that it is a way of honoring them. If we didnÕt love, we wouldnÕt grieve.
