Each month there is a 2 page month calendar (undated so you can start any month), a notes & to-do page and 6 tracker pages, money saver, exercise tracker, Water counter, fruit & veg counter, sleep tracker and mood tracker.
This is a 12 month planner but as stated before you don't need to start at the beginning of the year, you can start on whatever month you want.
