With the destruction of the new town hall there grew a burning desire in Mr. MayorÕs heart. He wanted to have a new new town hall to replace the old new town hall, and this time he wanted it to be built from stone rather than cardboard.
There was only one problem. There was no stone on the moon of Roger Uxbridge to build the new new town hall. No problem. By using his administrative and bureaucratic skills, honed by years of attending endlessly pointless meetings, Mr. Mayor would find a way to muddle through and come up with one compromise or another that was sure to please no-one, not even the invading aliens.
