This is the story of 101 years lived by a remarkable woman who saw many changes in her life. She relates what life was like for her during the 20th century and into the 21st. Along with her family, LorenaÕs German heritage and Lutheran faith were of great importance to her.
Lorena's life was spent in Michigan, Washington, Arizona, and New Jersey. She also describes her travels abroad and life with three husbands, two children, and nine grandchildren. Lorena was totally a daddy's girl and describes how her father was a very progressive parent, teaching her things and giving her gifts that were unusual for her era. She received a college education when generally only men had that opportunity. Although her father gave her a car, she never liked to drive - something her children and grandchildren couldn't understand.
After 101 very good years, Lorena looked forward to being with her Lord for eternity.
