Growing up my favorite books to read were the Choose your own Adventure books. These books present the reader with a series of choices or decisions that alter the direction of the story, leading to multiple possible endings. You are the main character and must choose carefully to reach a desired outcome.
That's what I wanted to create in this book. Instead of just a recipe to follow from start to end I want you to create your own finished treat. I will give you the recipes but it's up to you to flip to the pages on what you want to make. This book is meant to teach you the foundations of baking but with you in charge the possibilities are endless.
