This book is written for people with cancer, recovered from cancer, for relatives and carers, for volunteers, all members of the medical professions and people who are interested. It is about womanÕs journey with rectal cancer, the after effects of the treatment causing her toilet problems and her discovery that this is a widespread problem. Also that bowel problems are a taboo subject, people are embarrassed to talk about it, the problem is further compounded by the lack of public toilets, and those that are available are not always easily accessed. There will be an opportunity in the book to help to do something to try to change this situation.
