Cystic fibrosis is a rare lung disease that affects everything from your lungs to your digestive systems which can lead to infections and serious breathing complications as you get older. For a person born in the 1980Õs most with cystic fibrosis patients did not survive beyond their teen years.
For John Clark Packer, everyday of his life has been both a gift as well as a miracle, as celebrates over 40 years of living with cystic fibrosis, he continues to over come the day to day challenges.
From a very young age, watching the Dukes of Hazzard tv show, was a very important event in his life every Friday night and finally getting the opportunity to meet his hero John Schneider was another life changing experience.
