Jeana loses her mother to cancer a week before high school. Since the first day of her freshman year, she started to be bullied. She has no idea what made a boy hate her so much. They were ok in middle school. He disappeared for two years and hated when he came back. He and his friends did this not only physically but verbally too. She is supposed to feel safe at home.
