John Nally, or Nalley, arrived in Maryland from Europe about 1680 and settled in Charles County. In 1693 he married Jane Husculaw and within 70 years many descendants began moving into the South and Midwest.
Due to a lack of documentation, the Nalley family has been poorly understood, and for this reason, a full reconstruction of the family tree has never been attempted. After eight years of research, the Nalley family tree has been compiled down to the seventh generation, encompassing various states. Those interested in the Nally/Nalley family with early Maryland roots will find this book to be a wonderful resource. The many stories of these Nally generations will allow you to more fully enter into their lives. (For questions on the book: NallyBook "at-sign" yahoo.com)
