It moves away from the victim-blaming attitude prevalent in our societies, and works towards empowerment. As another factor influenced by trauma, building effective strategies informed by you is critical to regaining control in your life and becoming the person you wish to be. This booklet provides many different ways of working, including self-awareness and creating a relaxing home environment.
