In the world, there are two sources of power. The World Government and the Rebel Army. The World Government has taken over at least 70 percent of the globe. To stop the enslavement poor people and the high demand for taxes the Rebel Army was formed. Many years and wars later a young a mysterious boy named Stark L. Jantz comes along. This boy wants to end the war and help create a New Era which all people can live in peace.
