Free education for all Nigerians to get a professional degree or skill and to get free monthly allowance of $100-$500, plus free feeding and accommodations for all the students while in the university, to share the oil wealth with all Nigerians by giving out grants of $2,500 to $6,500 to all Nigerians who cannot attend the university, to start a business and become self-reliant, to provide for all Nigerians with the oil wealth by giving monthly allowance of $100-$500 to all disabled people and all old people of 65 years and above with no source of income, to invest heavily in science, technology, agriculture, infrastructures, eliminate crime almost to zero level
