Night Pieces: 8 Duets for Clarinet and Double Bass, written in the course of a day on 6th June, 2007. They are difficult. Each lasts between 1 and 2 minutes. They are dialogues, with the following titles: Shadows; Restless Vision; Remembered Serenade; Hallucinations; Distant Memory; Sudden Nightmare; Fragmented Serenade and Dawn Chorus. Hardly a good night's sleep!!
