The team at inSHAPE created the No Excuse Toolbox to give you a challenging and efficient workout, regardless of your current fitness level. The goal in developing these workouts was to make it easy for you to stay committed to exercise by making the workouts short and efficient. The Intermediate Workout is a more challenging set of exercises. Many of the moves from the Beginner Workout have been added onto, making the workout more intense. It is critical that before you participate in this workout, your body is able to tolerate the basic moves from the Beginner Workout. If you cannot comfortably make it through the Beginner Workout, it is not recommended that you move on to this level.
