I created the No Excuses Journal to help me recognize and overcome my excuses. It has changed my life! I lost 70 pounds, routinely exercise and am living my best life. You can too! You just need to decide what's important to you and that you are done with making excuses!
The No Excuses Journal is not associated with any specific diet or exercise routine. What you choose to eat and how you decide to exercise is up to you and between you and your doctor.
The purpose of the journal is two-fold. First it serves as a daily reminder for you to eat better, move more, be mindful, drink more water and a few other actions that can jump-start your journey to a better you. Secondly it provides you with 60 days worth of pre-printed journal pages for you to document the daily actions taken to become a better you. If you don't take the action, the journal asks you to record your excuse.
The No Excuses Journal is not a warm and fuzzy feel-good journal although I will say that writing down 3 things that you are grateful for each day provides some up-side to your day. But most of the journal serves as a tool that enables you to take a hard look at your silly-ass excuses for not taking better care of yourself.
If you are not up to the challenge, thatÕs OK. Not everyone has figured out that your health and well-being is the most precious thing you own.
