Noosum Foosum is an engineer and inventor who lives in a diverse and magical miniature world together with his friend, Ma, and her pet tadpole, "Mew".
Katie and Danny often visit this world, and this time they discover two "Boolean Snarfles". As they work out how to use the snarfles' special abilities to help with their adventures, Mew the tadpole gets into trouble, Noosum gets his new invention working and some "eggs Benedict" gets prepared by a well-intentioned dragon...
