Ever since I read my first ReaderÕs Digest during the summer of 1989, my obsession with quotes began. Laughter is the Best Medicine would be the first thing I read because I love making others laugh but it was always followed by Quotable Quotes. I could not get enough.
I knew back then that I wanted to be published in ReaderÕs Digest, not as an author, because I hated writing, despite my love of reading, but for saying something that was worthy of being quoted.
I now know that will not happen, no matter how many golden nuggets of wisdom, laughter, love, or pain I may come up with. So I have collected these pearls here for you.
