Inside NOTEBOOK RITMO, you will find 6 different sections:
Quarterly goal preparation Ð Here, you can define your goals and the plan you have in mind to achieve them.
Weekly goal definition Ð Translate your quarterly goals into weekly objectives; you can link the quarterly goal in the right corner space for each weekly goal.
Daily priorities Ð Define your to-dos and ideally link them with your weekly goals in the space reserved for that purpose.
Meeting preparation Ð This is my favorite part of the notebook. At the beginning of your day, reflect on your diary and consider what you would like to gain from each meeting. During the day, use the space reserved for next steps to track each action after each meeting.
Notes Ð This section was not included in the initial version of RITMO, but I realize that it is unfortunately necessary in all notebooks because life canÕt always fit into a framework. You will find notes after each day section to help you find them when needed.
