Her first comic book appearance was in FawcettÕs JUNGLE GIRL #1, published in\u003cbr\u003e\nNovember of 1942 and was based on the first serial. In May of 1944, Nyoka became one of the\u003cbr\u003e\nfeatures in MASTER COMICS, starting with issue #50 and appeared in that title through issue\u003cbr\u003e\n#132. She also began appearing in her self-titled series, NYOKA THE JUNGLE GIRL debuting with\u003cbr\u003e\nissue #2, picking up the numbering from JUNGLE GIRL #1,cover dated Winter of 1945.
