A year of Daily Action Plans will help you become more intuitive in your thinking and behaviors. Use all the tools of the program. By using a daily Action Plan, you will see patterns, good and not so good. Make the changes you need to make. Use the "What's on Your Mind" pages to write about how things are going, what needs to change, and what should stay the same.
ThereÕs only one "First, Stop Lying to Yourself" page. Get it out and stop it now. If you lie to yourself a lot, write in your Action Plan: "I WILL NOT LIE TO MYSELF OR OTHERS TODAY".... ODAAT....
Have fun with this, don't make it a hassle to do. On the "MONTH" pages, write the month you're in. Use different color pens, pencils, markers.... you get the point... have fun and be creative. I slipped in a few of my drawings for the MONTHS pages.
Learn the 12 Steps. Most importantly, live by the Principles of each step. In your Daily Action Plan, focus on two or three Principles. Mix it up for the week. Soon you will see yourself living each Principle everyday.
Use this Daily Action Plan Journal to list EVERYTHING you plan to do in a day and when and how you plan to do it. DonÕt forget to include your exercise, 10th step inventory, calling your sponsor and other fellows, the service you doÉ WAITÉ JUST USE THE TOOLS.
I hope this journal becomes your Writing and Action Plan Tools within your program. Most importantly, I hope it helps you stay Abstinent One Day At A Time (ODAAT).
