This core rulebook contains everything a player needs to create characters and play in games run using the obSESSION Cross-Genre Roleplaying System. Information is also included for the GM to run his or her own games, but the design rules used to create such games are not found in this book and so it is recommended for use with the Capsule Settings also available from OCD.
