Electrodynamics deals with the characteristic properties due to electric charge which can be in motion. However, electrostatic deals with the properties due to static electric charges. All matter is composed of electric charges, namely, electrons and protons. Electron posses negative charge and proton posses positive charge. In addition to that, matter is also composed of neutral charges, namely, neutrons.
